  4. Mortgage or Home Equity Loan Interest Paid (1098)
    Provide your 1098 form to report interest paid on mortgages or home equity loans.
  5. Real Estate & Personal Property Taxes
    Include information on real estate and personal property taxes paid.
  6. Record of Purchase or Sale of Residence
    Provide records for any purchase or sale of real estate during the tax year.
  7. Pension, Retirement Income (1099-R)
    Submit 1099-R forms for any pension or retirement income received.
  8. Unemployment Income (1099-G)
    If applicable, provide your 1099-G form for any unemployment income received.
